Rescued French clocks ( # 17 - 18 )

n°17

n°17

This small pendulum clock was built using the movement of a French clock which had lost its beautiful case.

It was my first experience in this field .Its aesthetic seems to me a bit crude! I devoted better care to shapes when I built my n°18.

n°18

As for my n°17, I gave back the ancient shine to the movement of an old orphan French clock which had lost the case in its former life.

n°18
I restored this splendid movement which might have ended up in a clock repairer drawer to be used to mend others clocks.
