Artistic clock ( # 21 )

artistic clock

In building this clock, I mainly took care of its esthetic features.

A special care was given to the back plate where the movement is hung up. All parts of this back section of the clock were hot-forged.

This technique is quite complex for iron and, due the "brittleness" of brass when hot, it is even more complex with this metal!

The escapement used in this unusual clock is of the recoil type .
